Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience designing products using plastic, sheet metal, cast or extruded aluminum
Able to design telescopic components
Has a hands on approach to trial and error style designing
Comfortable working on the plant floor.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
